I use a regular ringtone except for calls from my wife. For her calls, I use a 30+ year old song that we played for our first dance at our wedding. I've never heard anyone else with that tone so even if I am on a train with other phones occasionally going off, I know that one is mine.

On my last cell phone I had a few more special rings but when I got a new phone I decided it wasn't worth the effort to program the ringtones since relatively few people call me on my cell phone. I usually only give my office phone number since I am sitting next to that phone all day every day.
