I see that my hosting company now offers this thing called Manage WP in my admin panel. It lets you manage all of your WordPress websites from a single admin panel.

I haven't set it up yet. Just wondering if anyone has used it before.

Seems like the same as Wordpress MU. I'd also guess the only way this one works is if you're hosting for them. (Thats how WP MU worked)

Except it doesn't have to be sites running on the same installation. And I beleive they can be on different servers. As in with client sites.

Just found out that this is not a free service offered by my host. It's a trial version. This is a paid service. Oh well.

I do a similar thing with some of the Drupal sites that I manage based off of this module (https://drupal.org/project/drd). I'm considering offering it as a service later, but I currently have too many irons in the fire.

Perhaps something that managed multiple CMSes would be nice...
